XLR8AR Event

Welcome to XLR8AR, an event organized by InnovHer (“InnovHer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites (xlr8ar.com and innovher.com) (“Platforms”), and participation in the XLR8AR event (“Event”).

By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • 1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to register for and attend the Event.
  • 1.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. InnovHer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone providing false or incomplete information.
  • 1.3 Registration Fees: Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment details and policies will be outlined during the registration process.

  • 2.1 Respectful Behavior: All participants must behave respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, organizers, and sponsors. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • 2.2 Compliance with Rules: You must follow all instructions provided by the organizers and comply with venue-specific rules and regulations.
  • 2.3 Consequences of Misconduct: InnovHer reserves the right to remove any participant from the Event without refund for violating the Code of Conduct.

  • 3.1 Intellectual Property: All materials, presentations, and content shared during the Event are the intellectual property of InnovHer or the respective presenters. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any Event content without prior written consent.
  • 3.2 Photography and Videography: The Event may be recorded or photographed. By attending, you grant InnovHer the right to use your likeness in promotional materials without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please notify the organizers in advance.
  • 3.3 Content Accuracy: InnovHer does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any content presented during the Event. Opinions expressed by speakers are their own and do not reflect InnovHer’s views.

  • 4.1 Personal Belongings: InnovHer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings during the Event.
  • 4.2 Event Changes: InnovHer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, or location at its discretion. Refunds will not be provided for such changes unless the Event is canceled.
  • 4.3 Force Majeure: InnovHer is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.

The Platforms may include links to third-party websites or services. InnovHer is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party entities.

  • 7.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jaipur Jurisdiction.
  • 7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur.

InnovHer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platforms with the updated date. Continued participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
